The hotel is located near the city center and the train or bus station making it easy to explore the city. Rooms are well-designed and clean with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Breakfast is cooked to order and the staff is helpful and friendly. Some rooms come with a fridge and the internet connection is excellent.

One downside to the hotel is the lack of an elevator, which may be challenging for those traveling with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The location was excellent with easy access to the transportation center. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the shower was great, and the towels were freshly scented. the breakfast, although not taken, was reportedly good.

The street lighting was almost non-existent making it frightening for solo female travelers at night. It would be better if the authorities could improve the street lighting to provide a safer environment.

The hotel was located at a convenient spot, just 10 minutes away from both the city center and train station. The modern and well-finished building was a pleasant sight. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home. We found a big supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which was very convenient.

There was no one at the reception when we arrived, so we had to wait for a while. The air conditioning in the room was working fine, but had a water leak, which was a bit annoying.
